Multifunctional Automatic Self Adjusting Wire Stripper (KAIWEETS KWS-103) – Review and How to use?

Many people think that stripping wires is such a simple job. So, they will say that we can use our teeth, blades, scissors, etc. But if you are working in an electrical or electronics field, then having the best wire stripper on hand is a life-saver.

In this post, we are going to see the Multifunctional Automatic Self-Adjusting Wire Stripper (KAIWEETS KWS-103). This is our third product from Kaiweets. We were using the simple wire stripper earlier which is given below.

Simple Wire Stripper

The problem with the above simple wire stripper is, we need to be careful and slowly need to strip the wire. Otherwise, it will cut the entire wire. Once you cut the insulated part of the wire, then you need to pull it. So we wanted to try the Auto adjust wire stripper. We have already tried two products from the Kaiweets earlier. So, we wanted to give a try for their automatic wire stripper.

Multifunctional Automatic Self-Adjusting Wire Stripper (KAIWEETS KWS-103)

KAIWEETS KWS-103 Functions

Kaiweets KWS-103 is an automatic wire stripper which does 3 in 1 functions.

  • Wire stripper,
  • Wire cutter,
  • Crimper.

Wire Stripper

Kaiweets electrical wire stripper will automatically strip the insulation of your wires while also twisting and cutting them to the desired length. When stripping wires, the KAIWEETS KWS-103 Wire Stripper can accommodate wire sizes from 10 to 24 AWG (2.6mm to 0.51mm), so you can customize it to your specific needs.

The best thing I like about this stripper is its self-adjusting mechanism. Now, I no longer have to manually check the gauge of each wire I’m working on. And an adjustable stopper controls the length of the core strip. These features make me much more efficient, allowing me to improve my workflow and accomplish more.

It also has a micro-adjustment knob which allows me to fine-tune its cut for gauges smaller than 20 AWG.

Wire Cutter

This is the normal function that everyone knows already. This can be used to cut the wires also.

Crimper

Crimping is a way of joining pieces of metal or other ductile material by deforming one or both of the pieces to hold the other, and this deformity is known as the “crimp”. This KWS 103 has a crimper also in it. We can crimp the insulated and non-insulated terminals. Wire crimper crimps 10-22 AWG insulated, 10-22 AWG non-insulated and 7-9mm ignition terminals

Crimper

It also has two-color non-slip TPR handles which make it easier to hold. These attributes allow you to reduce your hand and arm stress, letting you accomplish more.

Application

  • Stripping
  • Cutting Copper wire, Aluminium wire, sheathed core wire, cable
  • Crimping the insulated and non-insulated terminals.

Final Verdict

Initially, I was happier when I use the simple wire stripper. And I thought there is no use for the Automatically adjustable wire stripper. Then I desperately needed that when I start stripping more wire in the small time period. After I have tried this KWS 103, I can able to save more time and do the job precisely.
